How to get your house ready for cleaning service arrival?
A. We kindly ask to pick up lose items of the floor for safety and focus on quality cleaning time. Children and pets remain out of the rooms that we are cleaning in order to prevent safety hazards (Contact with cleaning products, vacuum cords, tripping over caddies, etc.) We understand the desire to make sure that cleaning is completed to your expectation to satisfy your needs in doing so, we need to work freely and without distractions every effort is made to work safetly and cautiously and we cannot assume liability for injury to others . Please inform us for any prior to cleaning if there is any allergies to the chemicals you might have.
Frequently asked over the phone how much we charge an hour for standard cleaning, deep cleaning, or other services?
A. We suggest first to make a free estimate of the home prior to discussion of the home rates and other services. Some estimates may include "By the Job"(not by hour) depends on the home's needs.
How payments can be made for cleaning services?
A. We appreciate prompt payment with cash, check at the "Time of Service" written to:
Made To Shine Cleaning. We provide a receipt for your records.
When could be possible to reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment ?
A. Severe weather closure such as winter storm "Warning Advisory" is issued. Emergencies and Illness- We don't want to put ourself at risk of contracting a cold or flu virus due to exposure in client's homes. Please inform us if someone in your home has severe cold, especially vomiting, fever, etc. We respectfully request that you notify us at your earliest convienance so that we may reschedule services after your family is no longer contagious and we will do the same , we appreciate your understanding and consideration.
What are Deep Cleaning services/ Add-Ons ?
A. Extra house chores for deep cleaning such as baseboard super scrub, oven inside hard stain, fridge/ freezer inside, hand wash doors, cabinets/ drawers inside, water stains, shower and bath, deep scrub, window interior glass, sill, frame, except mirror. Blinds wet-wipe, laundry and walls and hard stained floors/carpets cleaning, linen change for duvet covers and trash bin wash-out, deep grout scrub may require additional time/ cost.
